Individual/ Joint Account

Submit the following form on Internet and sign that in our companny.

Individual/ Joint Account

Documents Request:

1.	Copy of Identity Card(s) with signature(s);
2.	Copy of latest Residential/Office Address Proof such as utility Bill or Bank Statement;
3.	For deposit into your Bank Account, please provide your latest bank account statement showing proof of the account name.

Corporate Account

Documents Request:

1.	BOARD MINUTES with resolutions (ORIGINAL with Chairman signature & Company chop.)
2.	Company Memorandum (ORINGINAL)
3.	Copy of Company Business Registration (CERTIFY by one of the director with Company chop.)
4.	Copy of Company Business Certificate (CERTIFY by one of the director with Company chop.)
5.	Copy of IDENTITY of the CHAIRMAN Copy(s) of IDENTITY of the Authorized Person(s)

Procedures:

1.	Sign Agreement and Account Information Card with witness signature; name and address. (Corporate authorized signature with chop)
2.	Account Information Card fill in with the Authorized Person'(s) SIGNATURE & personal information.
3.	Declare the final beneficial owner for the account.
4.	Purpose of investment. (Clients' or Principal )

Submit the Account Opening Form and supporting documents to us. You may:

Send the completed and signed Account Opening Form, copies of all supporting documents and a cheque of HKD 10,000- bearing your signature(s) and with your account name(s) pre-printed on it, made payable to Tat Lee Securities Company Ltd :

OR
Bring the Account Opening Form and copies of all supporting documents for certification (signing and sighting) by a Justice of Peace, or a professional person such as a branch manager of a bank, certified public accountant, lawyer or notary public. Send the certified Account Opening Form and copies of all supporting documents to the above address.

OR
Bring the Account Opening Form and copies of all supporting documents to one of Tat Lee's offices for certification (signing and sighting) by a Tat Lee employee.

Once your application is reviewed and approved, a Login User Name will be assigned to you. After a few days, you will receive a separate mail containing your I-Trade Login Password, for accessing to Tat Lee online trading system .
Note:
It will normally take three business days to process an account opening application and you may not be able to trade immediately unless sufficient funds or stocks are deposited into your trading account. You can always fax to us your deposit receipt to (852)-27709291 before 3:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri) and write down your name and account number.
