1.What are the services provided by tatlee.com?
Financial market news, stock quotes and quality market research. Internet trading service through our Tat Lee Securities website.
2.Is the market information real time?
It is current information but not real time.
3.Is the stock quote real time?
We provide both real time and delayed stock quote. Real time stock quote is only available to subscribers with valid login identification.
4.How do I open an account?

5.Do I need to open a new account to trade online if I am an existing client?
It is not necessary to open a new securities trading account to trade online if you already have a Tat Lee Securities trading account.
6.How long does it take to activate my securities trading account?
After we have received your completed Securities Trading Account Application Form, all the supporting documents and initial deposit cheque/bank receipt, your securities trading account will be activated within 2-3 business days. We will notify you by post and by e-mail of your securities trading account opening.
7.Can I buy securities on margin with my securities trading account?
We do not support online securities trading on margin basis at this stage. Please ensure that there is sufficient fund or stock deposited in your securities trading account prior to placing a buy/sell order via internet trading service. All buy orders without sufficient fund and sell orders without sufficient stock will be cancelled after the online credit checking process.
8.How can I change my password?
After you enter our i-trade system, you can change your password any time by clicking on the "Reference" You can follow the onscreen instructions to change your password. Your new password will be effective next time when you login.
9.What should I do if I forget my password?
A written request with your signature must be made in order to disable and re-issue a new password, by:
1. visiting our office in person or
2. contacting our Customer Service Officers by post or via our Customer Service Hotline at (852)31239399 during business hours.After we have received your request and verified your identity, we will disable your current password immediately. If you visit our office in person, we will give you the new password immediately. If you submit the request by post or via our Customer Service Hotline, we will send a new password to you at your correspondence address within 2-3 business days.
10.How do I safeguard my passwords?
It is important to safeguard your Login ID and password(s) as they are used to verify your identity at the time of access. We recommend you to change your Login Password and Trading Password at least once every three months. When selecting a password, do not use your first name, last name, birthday, I.D. number, phone number or any sequence of numbers that are easy to guess.
